United States Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 1/11 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices inching 1% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $62.25 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $41.00 per cwt in October.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $52.67 per cwt in February, compared to the lowest monthly average of $49.40 per cwt in June.
