VANCOUVER - Sep 1/11 - STAT -- U.S. Black Bean markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices falling 5% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $52.50 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $31.00 per cwt in September.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $47.53 per cwt in June, compared to the lowest monthly average of $41.97 per cwt in December.
