VANCOUVER - Sep 1/11 - STAT -- United States Cranberry Bean markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 7% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Cranberry Bean was USD$33.06 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $35.53 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $37.50 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $27.25 per cwt in October.
