United States Baby Lima Beans Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 1/11 - STAT -- United States Baby Lima Beans markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 8% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Baby Lima Beans was USD$39.92 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $43.42 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $45.00 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $35.80 per cwt in September.
