United States Blackeye Bean Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 1/11 - STAT -- United States Blackeye Bean markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 4% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Blackeye Bean was USD$39.60 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $41.34 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $40.25 per cwt in January, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $37.00 per cwt in September.
