Manufacturers Use More Eggs
WASHINGTON - May 6/03 - SNS -- Food manufacturers in the United States used 8% more eggs during March than last year, according to the latest data from the USDA.
Shell eggs broken totaled 142 million dozen during March 2003, up 8% from March a year ago.
