ADM Dividend Announced
DECATUR - May 5/03 - SNS -- Archer Daniels Midland Company will pay a cash dividend of six cents a share on the Company's stock payable June 2, 2003 to Shareholders of record May 9, 2003.
This is ADM's 306th cash dividend and 286th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 71 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of March 31, 2003, there were 644,550,093 shares of ADM stock outstanding.
