Canada's Weekly Exports Total 495,900 MT
WINNIPEG - Aug 16/10 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 495,900 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year up 206,300 MT from the 289,600 moved last year.
The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending August 15.
Grower deliveries during the week included 225,400 MT of wheat; 83,600 MT of durum; 32,000 MT of oats; 60,800 MT of barley; 12,800 MT of flax; 189,600 MT of canola; 43,300 MT of peas; and 3,000 MT of corn.
