Dairy Product Markets StrengthenWASHINGTON - Jul 16/10 - SNS -- Dairy product markets in the United States finished the week ending July 10. with uniform gains, reveals this USDA report. Cheddar Cheese prices obtained for US 40 pound Blocks averaged $1.41 per pound. The price per pound gained 0.9 cents from last week. The price for US 500 pound Barrels adjusted to 38% moisture averaged $1.42 per pound, up $1.42 compared to last week. Butter prices obtained for 25 kilogram and 68 pound boxes meeting USDA Grade AA standards averaged $1.72 per pound. The U.S. price per pound gained $1.72 versus the previous week. Nonfat Dry Milk prices received for bag, tote and tanker sales meeting USDA Extra Grade or USPH Grade A standards averaged $1.23 per pound.
