Sorghum Stocks Down on YearWASHINGTON - Mar 31/10 - SNS -- Grain sorghum stored in all positions on March 1, 2010 totaled 175 million bushels, down 15% from a year ago, according to the latest USDA stocks in all positions report. On-farm stocks, at 23.7 million bushels, are down 26% from last March. Off-farm stocks, at 152 million bushels, are down 13% from a year earlier. The December 2009 - February 2010 indicated disappearance from all positions is 75.5 million bushels, down 18% from the same period last year.
