Weighted Average Report for Week Ending 12/26/2009

Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuffs traded steady
to weak, with demand and offerings light for moderate.  Trading volume
was light this reporting period as many producers were busy emptying out
their bins and merchandisers completing end of the year contract deliveries.
November monthly and 3rd quarter averages of organic prices
located below.  All prices FOB the farm and negotiated spot market.
