SPRINGFIELD - Dec 16/09 - SNS -- Bi-weekly USDA report on organic grain and feedstuffs prices in the eastern cornbelt in the United States.

Weighted Average Report for Week Ending 12/12/2009

Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuffs traded steady
to weak.  Demand was light for moderate offerings. Benefical snow
showers and cold temperatures helped to freeze fields which allowed
producers to complete harvest duties.  Trading activity remained slow
due to lower than expected test weights and high moisture levels.
November monthly and 3rd quarter averages of organic prices
located below.  All prices FOB the farm and negotiated spot market.
