10% Drop in March 1 Soybean StocksWASHINGTON - Mar 31/03 - STAT -- Soybeans stored in all positions on March 1, 2003 totaled 1.20 billion bushels, down 10% from March 1, 2002, according to the latest stocks in all positions report from the USDA. On-farm stocks totaled 636 million bushels, down 7% from a year ago. Off-farm stocks, at 566 million bushels, are down 13% from a year ago.
