Canada's Weekly Exports Total 221,200 MT totalWINNIPEG - Mar 27/03 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 7,757,100 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 6,192,900 MT from the 13,950,000 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending March 23. Grower deliveries during the week included 161,400 MT wheat; 32,000 MT durum; 15,200 MT oats; 37,800 MT barley; 6,500 MT flax; 64,400 MT canola; 1,400 MT peas; and 0 MT corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 221,200 MT total. On the grain side this included including 109,900 MT wheat; 41,900 MT durum; 4,000 MT oats; 2,500 MT barley; 2,700 MT flax; and 300 MT corn.
