Weather Pattern A ridge of high pressure will persist south of Victoria during the next few days, strengthening south of Tasmania on Friday before moving further eastwards. A low pressure trough will continue over Victoria for the rest of the week. A cold front will move south of the Bight on Saturday, but will weaken as it approaches western Victoria on Sunday.
