France -- Field Pea Export Summary - Jul 2009
VANCOUVER - Sep 14/09 - SNS -- Field pea exports from France got off to a slow start this season, with shipments in July sinking well below month and year earlier levels, according to data compiled by the Union Nationale Interprofessionnelle des Plantes Riches en Proteines (UNIP).
Exporters shipped just 7,510 metric tons (MT) of peas in July, down from the 24,480 MT shipped in June and 70.1% less than the 25,140 MT of field peas shipped the same month last year.
