For Friday WARNINGS: STATE FORECAST Isolated showers and afternoon thunderstorms in the northeast. Isolated showers about the far southern ranges and southwest slopes. Areas of raised dust contracting east with the change, contracting to east and clearing. Fine in the remainder. Very warm in the northeast, milder in the south and west. Cool morning in the south. Moderate to fresh northeast to northwest winds in the northeast. Moderate west to southerly winds in remainder, fresh at times about the far southern ranges, tending southeast along the coast.
