A series of cold fronts will move through the Bass Strait over the next few days bringing isolated showers to western slopes of the southern ranges. It will fine over the remainder of the state with cold nights. Forecast for Friday Isolated showers over the southeastern inland, tending scattered on the southern slopes at first, snow showers on the Alps. Early frosts and fogs inland. Fine elsewhere.
