Fews Changes in PeasVANCOUVER - Jul 19/09 - SNS -- North American field pea markets were little changed during the past week, with markets in the United States looking forward to the next regularly scheduled USDA PL-480 food aid tenders. Government buyers are the most important in that market, expected to ship over a third of all U.S. origin field peas which enter export markets across the 2008-09 marketing year. News coming from India remains favorable, with farmers in that country not planting this year's monsoon or kharif season pulse crops as quickly as last year.
