DES MOINES - Jul 2/09 - SNS -- The latest weekly summary of hog by-product markets values was released by the USDA today.
WEEKLY USDA BY-PRODUCT DROP VALUE (HOG)
The offal value from a typical slaughter hog (1) for the
week ended 7/2/2009 was estimated at 4.11 per cwt live, down
-0.05 when compared to last week.
