Isolated late showers and thunderstorms across the far south. Morning fog patches about the central ranges and coast. Mild to warm on the coast. Warm to very warm inland. Light to moderate north to northeast winds, ahead of a late moderate to fresh southerly change in the far south. HEADLINE: Scattered showers in northeast. Late isolated showers/thunderstorms in far south. Outlook for Friday Isolated showers and thunderstorms about central eastern parts. Isolated showers in the southeast and on the far north coast.
