MELBOURNE - Jun 12/09 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For tonight and Saturday. WARNING SUMMARY: A Severe Weather Warning has been issued. A Flood Watch has been issued for the Central and Mid North Districts for early Sunday. A Gale Warning has been issued for the West and South Central Coasts. A Strong Wind Warning has been issued for remaining Coastal Waters. SOUTH AUSTRALIA: Patchy rain and isolated showers extending throughout the agricultural and southern pastoral areas this evening. Scattered showers extending over the southern agricultural area later this evening and on Saturday. Isolated thunderstorms developing over the West Coast, Lower Eyre Peninsula and Kangaroo Island.
