MELBOURNE - Mar 6/03 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

UPDATED 
WARNINGS:
Cyclone Warning for coastal areas between Mardie and Coral Bay.
Wind Warnings for coastal waters  from Whim Creek to Coral Bay.
Strong wind warning for coastal waters from Cape Naturaliste to Bremer Bay.  

STATE FORECAST
Kimberley: Isolated showers and thunderstorms increasing in the north and west. 
Pilbara: Isolated showers and thunderstorms grading to rain areas and
thunderstorms in northwestern parts, extending slowly south. Some heavy falls
later. Winds increasing about the coast.  
Interior, Gascoyne, adjacent Goldfields: Isolated showers and thunderstorms.  
South coast: Patchy drizzle contracting east to the Eucla coast during the
morning.

Fine.  Fresh and gusty E'ly winds easing before a late coastal sea breeze.
