Canada -- Eastern Ontario Three to Five-Day Forecast

OTTAWA - Feb 28/03 - SNS -- Environment Canada updated its latest three to five day forecast for the Ottawa region and eastern Ontario.

Extended forecasts for Sunday Monday and Tuesday for eastern Ontario 
and the Nation's Capital and for northeastern Ontario issued by 
Environment Canada Ontario region at 3.30 PM est Friday 28 February 
2003.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 5.00 AM Saturday.
Ottawa-Gatineau-Prescott and Russell-Cornwall.
Sunday..Periods of light snow. Low minus 10. High minus 5 then 
turning windy and much colder with temperature falling to minus 18 by
evening.
Monday..Sunny and cold. Low minus 23. High minus 11.
Tuesday..Cloudy. 60 percent chance of flurries. Low minus 16. High 
minus 7.
Normals for the period..Low minus 11. High minus 2.
Eastern lake Ontario counties.
Sunday..Cloudy. 60 percent chance of flurries. Low minus 8. High 
minus 4 then turning windy and much colder with temperature falling
to minus 16 by evening.
Monday..Sunny and cold. Low minus 24. High minus 9.
Tuesday..Periods of light snow. Low minus 13. High minus 3.
Normals for the period..Low minus 9. High plus 1.
Haliburton-Kawarthas-Renfrew-Algonquin.
Sunday..Cloudy. 70 percent chance of flurries. Low minus 9. High 
minus 4 then turning windy and much colder with temperature falling
to minus 18 by evening.
Monday..Sunny and cold. Low minus 28. High minus 9.
Tuesday..Periods of light snow. Low minus 14. High minus 5.
Normals for the period..Low minus 10. High zero.
Algoma-Nickel Belt-Nipissing-Chapleau-Timiskaming.
Sunday..Periods of light snow. Low minus 16. High minus 13 then 
turning windy and much colder with temperature falling to minus 20 by
evening.

Tuesday..A mix of sun and cloud. 60 percent chance of flurries. Low
