MELBOURNE - Feb 28/03 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For Saturday WARNINGS: A Strong Wind Warning for All NSW Coastal Waters. STATE FORECAST High to Very High Fire danger inland. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over the northeast, contracting gradually to the northeast corner ahead of a cooler fresh and gusty south to southwest change. Becoming cold with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms about the southeast. Fresh to strong and squally southwest winds about the southwest slopes and southern ranges. Showers falling as snow on the Snowys later in the day and chance of local hail. This forecast is issued daily at 05.15, 1120 and 16.30. For more
