SPRINGFIELD - Mar 11/09 - SNS -- Bi-weekly USDA report on organic grain and feedstuffs prices in the eastern cornbelt in the United States.

Weighted Average Report for Week Ending 3/7/2009

Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuff prices were
steady to firm.  Demand was light for heavy offerings.  Feed grade
soybeans were steady and feed grade corn was firm on improved demand.
New crop feed grade corn ranging from $7.50 to $8.50 per bushel.
Reports of black beans cleaned ranging from .65/lb. to .70/lb.
February monthly and 4th quarter averages of organic prices located below.
All prices FOB the farm and negotiated spot market.
