MELBOURNE - Feb 24/03 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For Tuesday WARNINGS: Minor flood warning for the Gwydir River. Minor flood warning for the Macintyre River. Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters between Tweed Heads and Wooli. STATE FORECAST Scattered showers on the far north coast and adjacent ranges. Isolated showers or drizzle further south along the coast and east ranges, clearing in the south. Warm to very warm and humid. Southeast winds fresh to strong about the north coast. Moderate to fresh east to northeast winds remainder. HEADLINE: Showers north coast and adjacent ranges. Outlook for Wednesday Showers north coast and adjacent ranges. Warm to very warm and humid. Isolated afternoon thunderstorms Snowy mountains. Fine elsewhere. East to northeast
