Mixed Performance by Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Mar 6/09 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets maintained their mixed performance under relatively light conditions.
Canadian inter-dealer canaryseed markets were little changed on the week, while grower bids in the country slipped another CDN 25 cents per 100 pounds (cwt) or roughly U.S. $4.40 per metric ton (MT).
By contrast, white proso millet markets in the United States were unchanged at both the grower and inter-dealer level, but with a slightly easier undertone.
