Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update
MELBOURNE - Feb 22/03 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
For Sunday WARNINGS: Gale Warning for NSW coastal waters south of Ulladulla current at 7pm Saturday. Strong Wind Warning for NSW coastal waters between Ulladulla and Smoky Cape at 7pm Saturday. Gale Warning for the Tasman Sea at 7pm Saturday. STATE FORECAST Showers or rain periods over much of the state contracting further east during the day. Local moderate to heavy falls in the east. Isolated thunderstorms in the northeast. Warm to very warm inland, mild to warm in the east. Light to moderate south to southeast inland. Fresh to strong northeast to southeast winds on the coast. HEADLINE: Showers or rain periods in the north and east. Fine in the southwest. Outlook for Monday Showers coast and adjacent ranges. Thunderstorms northeast corner. Fine
