Australia -- New South Wales Weather UpdateMELBOURNE - Mar 6/09 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology. Warning Summary at issue time: Nil. For the latest warning information please check the Bureau's web site www.bom.gov.au/weather/nsw Current Weather Situation and Future Developments: A low over the southern Tasman Sea is moving towards New Zealand, while a strong high south of WA extends a ridge across NSW, which will be the dominant synoptic feature for NSW during the next few days. Forecast for Saturday Fine apart from isolated showers on the far north coast and adjacent ranges. Possible early frost patches on the southern ranges, and a few early fog patches coast and eastern ranges. Southeast to southwest winds inland, and southeast to northeast winds near the coast. Dangerous surf conditions south facing beaches. Forecast for Sunday Isolated showers along the coast and adjacent ranges. Fine over the remainder. Southeast to northeast winds.
