Canada's Weekly Oilseed Crush Slows
WINNIPEG - Feb 14/03 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 41,959 metric tons (MT) of canola and 39,943 MT of soybeans during the week ending February 19.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, slipped 6.7% from last week's level for canola, for the second weekly decrease. Soybean crush was down 0.9% after posting a sharp increase the previous week.
