MELBOURNE - Feb 16/09 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Warning summary
Severe Weather Warning for the western Pilbara and northern Gascoyne.
Flood Warnings for Lyndon -Minilya Rivers, the Gascoyne River Catchment,  the
Pilbara Coastal streams, Onslow Coastal Streams and Ashburton River.
Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters from Northwest Cape to Cape Leeuwin.
Forecast for Tuesday
West Pilbara and northern Gascoyne: Rain and thunderstorms with some heavy falls
and possible flooding.
Remainder of the Gascoyne, Pilbara and the north and west Kimberley: Scattered
showers and thunderstorms.
North of the SW Land Division: Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
Eastern SW Land Division and the Goldfields: Isolated showers, mainly morning.
Along the western south coast: Isolated showers, mainly morning.
