Warnings A Strong wind warning is current for coastal waters east of Cape Otway. Weather Pattern A high pressure system will develop well south of the Bight on Monday then move slowly eastwards over the next few days as a broad low pressure trough develops over South Australia. Victoria Monday: Patchy rain in the east clearing early morning. Light showers and drizzle across the south becoming isolated and contracting to the coast.
