MELBOURNE - Feb 14/03 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
WARNINGS: Strong wind warning for coastal waters from Cape Naturaliste to Bremer Bay. STATE FORECAST Kimberley: Scattered showers and thunderstorms tending widespread in the north with some heavy falls. SW Land Division: Isolated thundery showers developing throughout much of the division, with areas of rain expected over southern districts tonight and tomorrow. Eastern Pilbara, interior, Eucla: Isolated showers and thunderstorms. Southern Goldfields and western Gascoyne: Isolated thundery showers developing this afternoon, extending throughout the Goldfields and into the southern Gascoyne tomorrow. PERTH AND METROPOLITAN: Cloudy, with the chance of a thundery shower or two tonight and tomorrow. Afternoon sea breezes, moderate E to SE winds at other times.
