For Thursday WARNINGS: A Total Fire Ban for the Southwest Slopes until midnight Wednesday and for the Northwest Slopes and Plains, Lower Western and Southern Tablelands until midnight Thursday . STATE FORECAST Very High fire danger inland over most of the state. Isolated showers on the north coast. Isolated afternoon thunderstorms on the coast and northern inland. Cloudy increasing with a few showers or light patchy rain in the west of the state, contracting through the southern and central inland districts during the day. Hot inland, warm to very warm in the east. Moderate to fresh southeast to northeast winds on the coast and moderate southwest to southeast winds inland.
