Dairy Product Inventory Declines
WASHINGTON - Dec 22 - SNS -- Stocks of dairy products declined in November, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage.
Supplies of butter dropped 29 million pounds from the previous month to 120 million pounds, down 16% from a year ago.
Stocks of cheese declined 1% during the month to around 821 million pounds, up 2% from the previous year.
