Mixed Week For Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Dec 19/08 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets registered a mixed performance heading into the Christmas and New Year's holiday period.
White proso millet values were down in both grower and inter-dealer markets in the United States against limited demand.
Sunflower markets were mixed on the week, with confectionary markets continuing to ease and price direction for oil-type sunflowers dominated by the underlying mood in oilseed markets.
