Weekly Canola Crush Up, Soybean DownWINNIPEG - Feb 7/03 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 50,917 metric tons (MT) of canola and 32,157 MT of soybeans during the week ending February 5. The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, soared 66.4% above last week's level for canola, helping offset two weeks of substantial declines.
