Big Jump in Frozen VeggiesWASHINGTON - Oct 22 - SNS -- Frozen vegetable supplies rose 19% during September to finish the month at almost 2,442 million pounds, up 102 million pounds from the previous year, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage. Compared to the previous month, stocks of lima beans, green beans, carrots, corn, blackeye peas, and squash were up. Compared to last year, stocks of baby lima beans, green beans, and onion rings were down.
