Akola Buys Troyitsk Oil Crushing Plant
KIEV - Feb 3/03 - APK -- Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has given consent to Danish company Akola Aps to acquire a share of CJSC "Troyitsk Oil Crushing Plant" (Lugansk region).
According to the Committee, the purchased package will ensure the Danish company 50% of votes in the enterprise's board of directors.
Business field of Akola Aps is commercial and financial activities.
Troyitsk Oil Crushing Plants operates in the national market of sunflower oil. Its market share is insignificant.
