United States Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 3/08 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2007-08 marketing year with prices rocketing 45% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $67.75 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $42.40 per cwt in September.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $44.04 per cwt in August, compared to the lowest monthly average of $32.67 per cwt in September.
