United States Pardina Lentil Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 2/08 - STAT -- United States Pardina Lentil markets finished the 2007-08 marketing year with prices offered to growers rocketing 51% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Pardina Lentil was USD$31.97 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $21.15 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $35.00 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $22.70 per cwt in September.
