DES MOINES - Aug 13/08 - SNS -- Bi-weekly USDA report on organic grain and feedstuffs prices in the U.S. upper midwest.

Upper Midwest Organic Grain & Feedstuffs Report (Bi-Weekly)
Weighted Average Report for the Week Ending      08/09/08

Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuff prices were mostly
firmer on moderate demand and offerings.  Except for corn and soybeans,
commodities are now trading new crop.  Contracts for new crop corn are
from 9.50 to 10.75 per bushels, while contracts for new crop soybeans are
from 23.00 to 26.00 per bushel.  Producers still inquiring on prices but
still unsure about the crop and not willing to do too much right now.

FOB the farm and negotiated spot market.
