Lentils Transition Into New CropVANCOUVER - Aug 8/08 - SNS -- North American lentil markets are more quickly making the transition into new crop, with processors in Saskatchewan reporting limited deliveries of new crop small caliber green lentils. Importers are hopeful this year's longer growing season will result in an overall increase in seed size for large green lentils, making it easier for processors to ship "Spanish" quality lentils.
