Weekly Canadian Crush Advances
WINNIPEG - Aug 8/08 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 86,466 metric tons (MT) of canola and 12,840 of soybeans during the week ending July 31.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush rose 13.4%, for a second week over week advance. Soybean crush dropped 11.6%, for a sixth weak of falling crush activity.
