USDA Tenders for 3,050 MT Peas
KANSAS CITY - Aug 7/08 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here is seeking offers of 3,050 metric tons (MT) of whole and/or split yellow peas for prepositioning at Gulf ports for eventual shipment as food aid.
Under terms of USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitation 088C, the USDA is buying pulses packed in 50 kg bags for shipment from interior plants between September 1 to September 22 and between September 23 to October 13 for plants located at port.
