Canadian Special Crop Index Review
VANCOUVER - Aug 7/08 - STAT -- Canada's speciallty crop crop dealer price index finished the 2007-08 marketing year rocketing 50% above the recent three year average.
For the season just ended, the Special Crop Index was 210 points, compared to an annual average of 141 during the previous three year period for dry edible bean classes included in the index calculation.
