Dairy Product Markets Generally Easier
WASHINGTON - Aug 1/08 - SNS -- Dairy product markets in the United States were mostly down across the seven days finishing July 26, according to the current USDA report.
Cheddar Cheese prices obtained for US 40 pound Blocks averaged $1.93 per pound. The price per pound advanced 0.6 cents from the previous week. The price for US 500 pound Barrels adjusted to 38% moisture averaged $1.93 per pound, down 0.3 cents from the previous week.
