Chickpeas Mainly Unchanged
VANCOUVER - Jul 11/08 - SNS -- International chickpea markets were little changed in relatively quiet trade during the past week.
Demand has moderated with European traders in holiday mode and North American markets carefully watching the development of crops in Canada and outside California in the United States.
While production in those regions is unimportant from a global perspective, major problems with the crops would strengthen markets.
