Positive Finish For Field Peas
VANCOUVER - Jul 4/08 - SNS -- North American field pea markets finished the week's trading on a positive note, with the USDA announcing a tender for the movement of product from origin in July.
The tender covers 10,830 metric tons (MT) of whole and/split green and/or yellow peas and/or whole lentils, all for arrival at Jacintoport by August 5.
Based on current market values, the tender should be covered by field peas.
